The Best At-Home Workouts That You’ll Actually Love!

Fitness, schmitness. We’ve got this one covered! These are some of my favorite at-home workouts for all you ladies out there. I’ve found that a good video and a fun, friendly face to workout with is the best way to motivate yourself to put on your sports bra. So, let’s get moving!

I personally use every one of these videos in my workout routine and have been following these people for years. No matter what you’re fitness level may be at the moment, I’ve included a variety of beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts that, hopefully, you will love as much as I do.

They make kick your ass, but when was a good ass burn ever a bad thing? A bootylicious derriere is a good thing nowadays, right? Everyone better get ready for that jelly! With these workouts, you’ve got it in the bag honey!

Warning: Killer workouts below! (It’s because I love you, babe!)

P.S. If you’re still glutton for punishment, first let me say, “You go, girl!” By all means, have at it. You can find more inspiring workouts on Pinterest at LizinLotus. Start pinning and saving the workouts for yourself. Have fun!

Beginner to Intermediate HIIT Workouts

This at-home workout is from Fitness Blender and is a quick 18-minute HIIT workout with low impact modifications. I’ve watched Kelly for so long, I feel like we’re old friends. Check out their website for tons of workouts, warm-ups, cool-downs, and even healthy recipes.

Here’s a quick HIIT workout from Whitney Simmons. She’s great! I love her. Literally. She’s one of the first people I started following, and she is hilarious. She just started coming out with more HIIT workouts, but a lot of her videos are more about growing your legs, chest, and glutes. Now, go get fit with Whit!

I’m new to Natacha Océane. I actually just found her workouts about 6 months ago. But I’m loving her quick workouts. And side note, she has an amazing accent. So, I just love listening to her talk.

Advanced HIIT Workouts

These next couple of at-home workouts are for the more advanced soul that’s looking to literally punish themselves. Kidding, sort of.

But I do workout to these videos when I have more time on my hands and maybe feel a little guilty about mowing down on that pizza the night before. Proceed with caution, my dear.

Both of these workouts are from Christine Salus. Her workouts were the very first ones I found on YouTube when I started trying to get back in shape after having my two children.

I think the first workout was over an hour long and was titled, 1000 Calorie HIIT Workout | I DARE you to try this!! It was completely insane! But I have to give her props. It was totally effective.

Don’t worry, I won’t put you through that.

Anyway, Christine is fantastic, but her workouts are a killer. You’ll be a sweaty mess after these. They are a little bit longer, and you’ll be jumping around your living room like a monkey. So, you’ll need to find some equipment around your house to use, like chairs, benches or stools, that you can safely jump on.

Toning Workouts

These next two workouts are from Pamela Reif. They’re quick, relatively painless, and don’t require any weights or equipment. She has a ton of different types of workouts, but these focus on toning your arms, core and bootay.

These next couple of at-home workouts are from Blogilates. If Cassey can’t get you motivated, then I don’t know who can. She’s full of pep and loves to chat with you throughout the workout — which is so cute. She really cares about her viewers. Her workouts focus more on pilates, but she has all kinds of videos and healthy recipes on her site.

Here’s another quick workout to shape and tone up your arms. This video is from Rebecca-Louise. Again, I just love her accent and could listen to her yell at me all day. Just kidding. She just talks really loud. And she loves to workout with her dog, Sir Alphie. Seriously, she’s great, and I love to throw one of her videos on when I’m in a time crunch. Most of her videos are only 10-15 minutes.

Ab Workouts

Alright, on to the at-home ab workouts. You’ve got to love ab routines. It feels like a break compared to the other workouts.

So, here are just a few of my favorites, as I have many. I usually do one of these videos in combination with some of the other workouts.

GymRa
CriticalBench

Body Sculpting with Weights Workouts

Here are some grow your booty, legs, and chest at-home workouts, if you’re interested. Just adjust the reps and amount of weight you use according to your fitness level. Do only what you’re comfortable with.

I do all these workouts at home, in my living room, with a variety of small hand weights, as well as my 25 and 40 lbs. dumbbells. If they use a machine in the video, I just do a variation of that exercise with my handy dandy dumbells.

So, that’s it folks. I hope you enjoy these workouts and incorporate them into your weekly (or daily) routine.
